Drop this texture in your open picture.
Zieh das Muster in dein geöffnetes Bild.

Make a layer-mask.
Öffne eine Ebenenmaske.
Select the layer-mask!!! Important.
Wähle die Ebenenmaske aus!!! Wichtig.
Step4
Make some parts of the texture visible, with a brush and white color.
Mach einige partien des Musters mit einem Pinsel und weißer Farbe sichtbar

The same for the other side of the face, and you have it.
